Shipping Policy

At Sky Peak Jewelers, we work hard to deliver your jewelry safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We will send you a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary based on your location:

  • Local orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–15 business days

Note: Delays may happen due to holidays or customs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. The Shipping Charges are 200 for one Order. If you have more than one order then also shipping price is 200. We sometimes offer free shipping on selected products or order amounts.

4. Tracking Your Order

After shipping, you will get a tracking number by email. Use it to check your order status anytime.

5. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help you solve the issue quickly.
