1. Customized Jewelry
We offer customized jewelry, including name-printed designs. If your order has a mistake or issue, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving it.
2. How to Request a Replacement

Replacements are only accepted through Leopards or Trax courier services.

You must return the item using the same courier and keep the courier slip for tracking.

Once we receive the return, we’ll ship the new item within 3 to 5 business days.
3. 1-Year Color Warranty
All our jewelry comes with a 1-year color warranty. If the color fades or changes within a year, we’ll replace the product.
Please keep your courier slip when returning the item for warranty claims.
4. Refunds
To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process the refund to your account within 7 to 10 business days.
